TixTrack Consulting services provide one on one analysis of ticket data and statistical forecasting to create strategies to maximize revenues. Consulting services can be provided as either a stand alone offering or in conjunction with our TixTrack Professional software.
Initial Event Pricing
Prior to an event(s) going on sale, TixTrack works with its clients to
assist in determining the appropriate pricing for the specific event or
season. For concerts, the result is a price plan that optimizes prices for the anticipated demand based on our proprietary analytical demand evaluation methodology. This pricing recommendation would integrate potential variable pricing strategies as described below. For sports teams, initial pricing can include season ticket pricing, package pricing, single game pricing as well as venue scaling.
Variable/Dynamic Pricing
Once an event goes on sale, variable or dynamic pricing is designed to
alter pricing to meet actual demand. TixTrack provides variable and dynamic pricing recommendations using transactional based information for the event in question so that promoters can maximize event revenue by matching prices to demand for tickets.
Ticket Sales/Revenue Projections
Analyzing the secondary ticket market in conjunction with primary sales and revenue data, TixTrack delivers accurate ticket sales and revenue projections for single events and seasons.
Season Ticket Sales/Renewals
TixTrack provides an analytical projection of season ticket sales and/or renewals for teams to use in marketing and pricing decisions.
